The first session will be from 15:00-16:00 and the second session will be from 16:30-17:30 please only choose one as we have limited spaces available (13 bikes per session).

❤️Difficulty: Beginner friendly - intermediate
❤️ Your instructors and hosts will be Chisom, Tosin & Charlotte. We co-created this class under God’s guidance and pray that this may be exactly what you need the moment you attend. Charlotte has been a fitness and cycling instructor for 15+ years and has designed it in a safe and effective way.
❤️ Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can set up your bike and settle peacefully
